Terms of Use

This subscription grants you access for the length of the term chosen to all of the doors you are authorized for.  Examples are main entry, amenity, parking garage, suite door and your bedroom door. The subscription is non-refundable and non-transferable. The subscription grants access to a specific phone number only. In the event you have changed your phone number a $50 administration fee will be charged to authorize the new number. If you change phones or get a new phone with the same number and it needs to be authorized no additional fees will apply.
